CYT1002AE is a single segment LED linear constantcurrent control chip with constant power and highpower factor. It integrates 700V high voltage MOSFET,with superior resistance to avalanche breakdown andsurge. It can pass 700V lightning surge test when noprotection device in the periphery, and built-in over-temperature protection function to improve systemapplication reliability. The output current can beadjusted by adjusting the REXT on the periphery. Atthe same time, the CYT1002AE integrates the inputline voltage compensation function. When the inputline voltage is too high, CYT1002AE will reduce theoutput current according to the external compensationresistor to ensure that the input power does notchange with the line voltage.It is mainly used in the fields of LED lighting,architectural lighting engineering, etc. The systemstructure is simple, the peripheral components are few,the PCB traces are simple, and the solution cost islow.
