    CYT1201S is a full-voltage LED linear constant current control chip. The chip integrates 700V high voltage MOSFET, which has excellent avalanche breakdown and surge resistance. The periphery can adjust the output current by adjusting the REXT resistance; In the range of input voltage from 100 VAC to 260 VAC, the system will adjust the output current with the change of input voltage to achieve normal working state; Under the input of 127Vac and 220Vac, the input power of the system is the same, and the power factor is greater than 0.7.

    The chip has the function of over-temperature adjustment, which can reduce the output current and improve the reliability of system application when the system temperature is too high.

    The maximum OUT current can reach 180 ma, 

    and the maximum ch current can reach 120mA. 

    The output current deviation between chips is less than 4%.

    Input voltage: 100Vac~260Vac

    127Vac/220Vac power is consistent.
